How it Works

01 - SUBMIT YOUR IDEA

Complete the request form with your item, insperation, and design details
02 - DESIGN REVIEW

We review your idea, confirm availability, and discuss pricing.
03 - WAITLIST

Once your desin is appried and your deposit is recieved, your project secures a place in the Stadium Archive production que.

Your order is assigned a queue number and scheduled based on:

  • Current workload
  • Project complexity
  • Material availablity
  • Order approval date

You'll recieve updates as your piece moves closer to production.
04- PRODUCTION

When your project reaches the front of the queue, your piece enters the design and painting phase.

Each item is carefully created by hand using professional fabric and leather paints, with attention aid to every detail.
05 - GAME DAY READY

After the final quality checks, your finished piece is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Your custom Stadium Archive piece is ready to become apart of your collection.

Please note; Submitting a custom order request does not reserve a production spot. A deposit must be madeafter completing the form to secure your place in the queue.
